Open Call for Fast Track Venture Development Assistance
Definite CCRI is committed to accelerating the development and assessment of ventures through its Fast Track Deal Engine. Our mission is to help cities and project owners quickly assess, refine, and advance their projects, enabling them to move forward. This is why we are opening a call for cities and project owners interested in evaluating their ideas and receiving assistance in due diligence guidance. As part of our initiative, we aim to secure 10 additional outlines to sustain momentum beyond the project´s completion.
What do we offer?
During this call, the Definite CCRI team will offer advisory services that are designed to streamline the process of establishing a successful venture, helping project owners meet the necessary criteria and increase the likelihood of securing investment. The following services will be provided:
- Pitch Deck Evaluation: A one-hour call with the Definite CCRI team to evaluate the venture pitch deck and ensure it meets the highest standards. During the session our team will provide feedback, refining the deck to ensure it effectively communicates the venture´s potential.
- Due Diligence Guidance: Comprehensive documentation and guidelines to help project owners prepare all necessary technical materials to meet due diligence requirements. This support is designed to make the due diligence process smoother and more efficient, increasing the chances of a successful investment application.
How does it work?
The Fast Track Venture Development Assistance Call will follow this timeline:
- Submission: project owners will need to submit their venture and provide the necessary information
- Evaluation: Each submitted outline will be subject to a thorough yet efficient evaluation based on the following criteria:
- Circular Economy Focus: Ventures must focus on systemic circular economy solutions that contribute to the objectives of the European Green Deal.
- Local and Regional Impact: Ventures should have a local or regional dimension, addressing specific local issues, material streams, and resources.
- High Impact and Innovation Potential: Ventures must relate to high-impact value chains, address problematic material flows, or be part of economic sectors with high innovation potential.
The ventures that fulfil these requirements will go through a high-level technical and financial assessment to determine if they are sufficiently developed to proceed with our services.
3. Services: once the venture has passed the financial and technical assessment stages, our team will provide expert advisory services, that will include the Pitch Deck Evaluation and Due Diligence Guidance.
