This tool will help you develop your circular venture. The tool has two Modules and each Module has two Units. While you can navigate freely around the tool, completing the Modules and their Units in order is recommended for best results. The tool assesses your progress with developing your venture and provides guidance, sometimes recommending you take certain actions before continuing with the tool. You can save your progress at any time and return later.

Part 1. Readiness Unit
This will take you through a comprehensive self-assessment of the current status of your venture.
Pre-Screening
Pre-screening checks if your project has the fundamentals in place before you move to the readiness assessment. If you’re not quite there, just complete the needed actions and return here when you're ready.
Readiness Baseline
It’s time to review your project in more detail. This Unit will help you to evaluate your financial and technical readiness, highlight any gaps, and give you an overall score. You can revisit the Unit at any time to check your score as you advance with your venture.
Part 2. Training Unit
This includes videos, documentation, and other resources that will help you to prepare and improve technical and financial aspects of your venture before you reach out to potential investors. The final unit provides advice on engaging with investors.
Due Diligence
This Unit uses videos, summaries, and other resources to guide you through financial, legal, technical, and impact considerations for your circular venture. Review the materials as needed at your own pace. When you feel confident that the due diligence for your venture is robust, it’s time to proceed to the final Unit.
Investor Appraisal and outreach
This final Unit will assist you with the all-important step of investor engagement. The information in this Unit is designed to ensure you understand the process and can answer common investor questions with confidence.
How long will the process take?
The content in this tool is designed to help you assess your venture's level of readiness and advance its development towards becoming an investable project. While the content only takes a few hours to review, it will provide guidance and recommend steps that require real-world action. The time needed to go from idea to investor outreach will depend on many factors, including having a robust concept, the amount of time you have available to work on your venture, and how effectively you carry out or implement the necessary actions.
